About My Transformation
After going back to work after having baby #3, I gained weight. I started to give in to late night snacking after putting the kids to bed. One night turned into every night and one snack turned into more than one snack. I would feel guilty each time and then one day I said to myself, “I am a mother, a wife and a couch potato.” I didn’t want to be a couch potato any longer. I noticed the changes not only in my weight and body shape but also my lack of energy and health (my Crohn’s disease was causing me grief). I didn’t like looking in the mirror or looking at pictures that were taken of me. I knew I had to make some changes and I did with the help of my personal trainer. I have lost weight and toned everywhere, more than I ever imagined. I have lost inches and went from a size 8 to a size 4. My arms, legs and chest area have shrunk drastically. Clothes fit better and I feel better. I feel stronger. I no longer have pain in my knees or back and I can lift my children effortlessly. I also love that fact that my children can no longer play with my "jiggly" arm fat because it is getting tighter. I feel like a better version of myself and 10 years younger. Working with a personal trainer is like finding the fountain of youth!

I started doing Bikini boot camp with Davide late in the evenings after I put my kids to bed. It took only one class for me to know that I was hooked. It was like having my best friend train me, and it felt that way from day one. Davide was upbeat, fun and he understood exactly what all of us women in the class wanted and needed. He was motivating, knowledgeable and funny. He pushed me out of my comfort zone and celebrated even simple milestones (finally getting the concept of hinging for a James Dean). At that point, I decided that is the kind of trainer I know who could push me even further. I am now doing personal training with Davide 3 times a week and I look forward to every session. He is not only my personal trainer but my personal cheerleader! I wouldn’t have seen any transformational changes if I didn’t have such a wonderful relationship with my trainer. His personality is the key to my health gains.
