I have always considered myself to be an active person, but have suffered from asthma all my life. I took medication on a daily basis to control it, and still needed an inhaler a couple times a week. On top of that I wore a knee brace during activities and was told I was going to need it for the rest of my life. But now my life has changed drastically. I no longer take medication for asthma, no longer wear a knee brace, am pain free, compete in power-lifting competitions regularly and have lost more than 50lbs. My life is mine again, I feel healthy, strong and happy. Having Zach in my corner coaching me, supporting me and giving me the tools I needed to accomplish my goals has been the best thing that could have happened for my health.
